Objective 1: Reactivate the Teleportals
Objective 2: Disable the Cetan Megaweapon
Objective 3: Escape From the Cetan Ship

Picking up where 6.1 left off, Elvis is your constant companion through the bowels of the Cetan ship. His alien weaponry comes in handy in the firefights you face. Head straight through the silver doors and down the tunnel. Pause before the next set to affix your IR Scanner. There are cloaked enemies just past the door. Take down the red glowing baddies, making sure you don't get Elvis caught in your fire. He'll take down a few himself. Just let him do his thing. Eliminate the first three cloaked guards, then enter the room. Halfway down, a couple more will appear. Destroy them and head into the silver door to the right. Move through the tunnel and exit, taking out the resistance you encounter on the other side. Past the tunnel, head right. There is a small ramp that leads down to the left. Pass by it, moving forward through the next door. Head to the left. Near a slain guard is a Shield. Grab it and head back through the door you just came through. Now go down that tunnel that leads down. Kill the guards as you move forward. After a couple twists and turns, you will reach what looks like a glowing green lantern. Shoot it to open a new passage. Let Elvis show you the way to the next room. He will go ahead clearing enemies. Move to the next lantern and shoot it to open another door. Go through, then find the next lantern in the maze-like halls. This one will open the door of the teleportal room. There are soldiers positioned just out of view here. Stay under cover of the door, then strafe out and shoot, ducking back as they fire. When both enemies are dead, Elvis will run ahead and access the teleportal controls. When he's done, Objective 1: Reactivate the Teleportals will be fulfilled. Return to the hallway where you picked up the shield, except this time head to the right. Ahead, you'll see a teleportal. Head through with Elvis on your tail. In this next room, Elvis will give you his Farsight Gun. Equip it immediately and switch on the secondary function. It's time for some hunting through the walls. The object is to keep Elvis safe as he makes his way to the Cetan megaweapon. Move the sights around, looking for prey behind the walls. When you get a baddie lined up, plug him with energy rounds. Continue this with any enemy you come across. There will be three guards in the first room, four in the second and a few deep to the right. Now move through the door and across the bridge. If there are enemies you missed, mop them up with the CMP150. Head through the door at the opposite side of the bridge, killing any leftovers. Notice the deactivated teleportal to the left and head right. The next passages lead down to the Cetan weapon. Load the CMP150 and pepper the guards here as you weave the double-back corridors. Eventually, you'll enter the megaweapon room. Depending how long it took you to clear the path, you may have to wait for Elvis. He'll run to the central control display. As he's working the controls, keep him safe by shooting the mini-lizards that hop from three side paths. When Elvis has done his deed on the control panel, Objective 2: Disable the Cetan Megaweapon will be complete. Exit the room and enter the teleportal on the right. Go up to Dr. Caroll. After the short cinema, you'll have to haul butt to get out of the Cetan ship before it explodes. You'll have only one minute to get back to the tunnel near where you fought the cloaked guards. Don't bother stopping to fight guards, and don't worry about Elvis. He'll find his own way. Just have the CMP150 ready to shoot as you run. When you reach the tunnel, you'll complete Objective 3: Escape From the Cetan Ship and escape the ship, completing the level.

At the start of the mission, put on your IR Scanner so that you’ll be able to see the cloaked people. Switch to your Shotgun and set it to double-blast (secondary function) and go through the next two doors. Take out the three cloaked guys in here, then go forward and get the attention of two other cloaked guards and kill them. Go up the ramp to the right and through the next two doors, and kill the four guards there (you need your IR Scanner to see them when they’re cloaked). Ignore the Skedar lying on the ground. He’s dead, regardless of what your auto-aim tells you. Take off your IR Scanner here and run down the path, killing the three guards that look like the Pelagic II guys. After all three of them are dead, run down the dark path to the left, killing any guards you see here. Check the little alcoves along the way for a little dark lantern thingy. Shoot it and take out the guards that are behind this newly opened door. Follow that path, and again look in alcoves for a lantern. Shoot it to open the door, and repeat this until you open a door that leads to a big room with one Mr. Blonde and two other guards. When Elvis reaches this room, he’ll run up and activate the teleportals, completing Objective 1: Reactivate the Teleportals. Run back the way you came, taking out the two guards that will be cloaked along the way. Now you’re back out in that big hall with a door to your left. Go through it and take a left. Go that way and there will be a shield at the dead end. Grab it and go back, and take what was the right turn from the door. Go through the next door and then into the big thing on the wall making wavy movements. It will teleport you to another part of the ship. Elvis will give you his FarSight, but keep your Shotgun out. Go to the next room with three guards in it and a big hole with a pipe leading over it. Cross the pipe and go through the next door and take out the three guards in here. Go right and through the door. This will take you to a hallway that winds downward, with guards around several of the corners. Take them out and follow the hall. After you go through the door at the end of the hall, you’ll be in a big room with the Cetan Weapon. Elvis will run up to a workstation in the room and start to deactivate it, and you must protect him. Little Skedar will come and attack, so use your CMP150 set to Follow Lock-On, and when he’s done, go back the way you came. That completed Objective 2: Disable the Cetan Megaweapon. Go back to the place just after the windy hallway and go through the teleportal there. Pull out your FarSight and look through the door ahead of you and take out the two guards in there. You’ve completed Objective 3: Secure the Control Room. Go in there and you’ll cut to a cutscene when you go up to Dr. Caroll. After the cinema is over you’ve completed Objective 4: Escape From the Cetan Ship. Two quick objectives, huh? After that, leave the room through the opposite door you came in. Go right and you’re back towards the beginning of the level. Follow the halls out, and when you’re out you’ve completed the mission.

Head through the activated teleportal to the left. After the next corridor, you'll find yourself in the semi-dark room teeming with baby Skedar. Shoot out the five energy shafts here to open a door. Elvis is a good ally in this fight. For the most part, he will smoke the little aliens while you concentrate on the shafts. In this next passage, equip the Farsight gun. Shoot through the walls to take down a bunch of patrolling Skedar. There are some strange bio-cannons mounted on the ceilings in the upcoming tunnels as well. Drop as many as you can, then proceed carefully through the tunnels. When you run across a bio-cannon, drop behind the previous door and blast with the rail gun from a position of safety. After you encounter the first bio-gun, you'll move into an area with a large energy shaft. Blow it up to open the next door. If you want, you can run all the way through these rooms, blowing up energy shafts and opening doors, but there is an easier way. From this room, just equip the Farsight and search the rooms ahead. When you see a couple of glowing rectangles (surrounded by Skedar), destroy them with the rail gun. This will complete Objective 2: Disable the Cetan Megaweapon. Follow your buddy Elvis to the next objective. He's quite gung-ho, clearing troops ahead of you. Head through the teleportal that was previously inactive. On the other side, you will reach the control room. Clear it of enemies, completing Objective 3: Secure the Control Room. Equip the Backup Disk and simply walk next to Dr. Caroll, thus restoring the good doctor's personality and completing Objective 4: Resore Dr. Caroll's Personality. After the short cinema, you'll have to haul butt to get out of the Cetan ship before it explodes. You'll have only one minute to get back to the tunnel near where you fought the cloaked guards. Don't bother stopping to fight guards, and don't worry about Elvis. He'll find his own way. Just have the CMP150 ready to shoot as you run.
